A native of Zachary(Chaneyville), LA and resident Baton Rouge, LA passed away at 2:55 PM, Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Lane Regional Medical Center, Zachary, LA at the age of 69. She was a retiree from EBR School System.
Visitation will be Friday, June 10, 2016 from 9AM until Religious Service at 11AM at Shady Grove First Missionary Baptist Church, 16443 Plank Road, Baker, LA. Rev. Kenneth Chandler, Officiating. Entombment in Southern Memorial Gardens, 3012 Blount Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70807.
She is survived by her husband, George Clark, Jr., two daughters, Annette Marie Dyer-Smith
(Gerald) and Sherica Clark; one son, George Clark III; one sister, Thelma Thomas; and two grandchildren Preston and Peyton Bell.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Rebecca Dyer, 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
