Alice M. Harris

 

A native of Centreville, MS and a resident of Wilson, LA departed this life Saturday, January 6th  at Lane Regional Medical Center. She was 87.  

 

Visitation will be Friday, Janaury 12, 2018  from 5-8pm at Richardson Funeral Home of Clinton 11816 Jackson Street Clinton, LA 70722. Funeral Service at 11am at Richland Baptist Church 6702 Hwy 422 Norwood, LA 70761. Bishop George Veals, Officiating. Interment in the church cemetery.

 

She is survived by her husband Iverson L Harris; 4 daughters Burnetta Scott, Joyce Drake, Gloria Harris, and Pearly Harris; 2 sons Joe L ( Murdis) Harris and Edward(Susan) Harris; 1 sister Gertrude Miller; 22 granchildren; 53 great-granchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Martha Wright Banks, daughter Laura L. Harris and  grandson Cornelious K. Harris.
