A retired school teacher of over 40 years with East Feliciana Parish Schools, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at her home in Baton Rouge, LA. Viewing and visiting will be Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 9 a.m. until religious services at 10 am at Promise Land Baptist Church, 7234 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70811. Pastor Perry Wright officiating minister. Interment - Roselawn Memorial Park, 4045 North Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. Survived by her son, Carl J. Woods (Linda), Houston, TX and daughter Malerie D. Jones; 12 siblings, Mildred Mills, Zachary, LA, Wilbert Jackson (Ann), Clinton, LA, Frances Jackson (Willie), East Chicago, IN, Johnny M. Jackson, Robert L. Jackson Sr., Zachary, LA, Audrey Jackson, Margie Jackson, Mary Ann Brown (Earl), Fairfax Station, VA, Shirley Jackson, Zachary, LA, Elaine Guerin, Linda Guidry (Carranza Jr.) and Geraldine Campbell (Selmon), Indianapolis, IN. Preceded in death by husband, Isaac Jones; parents, Willie Lee and Otis Jackson Sr., 4 siblings, Margarite Jackson, Daisy Jackson, Helen Vaughn and Otis Jackson Jr.
