Levie A. Wright, Sr. was born May 5, 1938 to the late Rev. Perry Wrights, Sr. and Sis. Daisy H. Wrights. He departed this life on January 20, 2021 at his home peacefully in the presence of his wife of 61 years. He was a retired worker of the EBR Parish School System. He was also one of the founding members of the Legendary Lighthouse Gospel Singers.
A walk through visitation will be held on January 29, 2021 at the Promised Land Baptist Church, 7234 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70811 from 5PM to 8PM.
A private funeral service will be held.
