Mr. Mac was my co-worker and a dear friend. I’m blessed to have met a funny, sweet, happy, man with a big heart. Mr. Mac was a good friend to all that crossed his path. A memory that I will never forget. Me and Uncle Mac had a smothered/fried potato contest at a family function. Our family members were the judges. Even though I KNOW I won I still surprised him with a customized apron that read “Uncle Mac is the best cook in the Dirty Dirty South”. Tee Etta said he wore that apron to rags. I will miss you Uncle Mac. Don’t cook and feed my Daddy (Smokey) too much up there because he is gonna be ready (Lol). I love you much, your niece Tasha
